Personality: Carefree, Dorky, Fashionable, Girly, Short-tempered. Raquel is your pretty average girl, she's a bit spoiled and can be stuck up, but she doesn't mean to be. Raquel tends to act stuck up because she doesn't know how to be friendly. She's just really shy.

History: Airix Blitzli, a popular Flareon rock star in the Johto region, was on tour in Sinnoh. After a concert in Hearthome City, Airix had met a lovely Glacieon named Lexia who was a small boutique owner. She wasn't a fan of his music but he was totally lovestruck by her. After a few months of him courting her, she gave in and had a proper first date. Airix did his best to swept her off her feet, but every time he tried to do something really romantic it always turned out wrong. Lexia found it adorable and continued to see him. After a year or two of their odd off and on relationship, Airix asked her to marry him. Things were hard at first, Airix was on tour a lot and had many fans, many who accused him of being their lover, or cheating on his wife. Lexia didn't care, she was strong willed and told him if he was ever to cheat then he was free to divorce her and be with whoever. But Airix stayed true to Lexia. And after a year of marriage, they had a child. Lexia's small fashion boutique had gotten really popular right after her child was born. So Airix had to take time off from his music career to take care of the baby while Lexia stressed over her growing company. This child was Raquel Blitzli, or Roxi as her father liked to call her.

Raquel grew up traveling with her father on his tours, or traveling with her mother from shop to shop of the fashion line. Raquel's parents couldn't leave her at home and didn't want to drop her off in a boarding school because they had demanding careers, so they hired a private tutor named Mr. Shiro, an espeon, to travel back and forth with Raquel and home school her. Raquel was a bit of a brat and didn't like studying as a kid, and Mr. Shiro did his best to be patient with her. Raquel often liked to play hide and seek before lessons, just to get Mr. Shiro annoyed. One day at her mother's studio in Hearthome City, Raquel thought it would be a good idea to hid in her mother's work room. She dived into a box with pretty green stones in it and felt odd afterwards. When Mr. Shiro finally found her, Raquel had evolved into a Jolteon. Mr. Shiro didn't know what to do, but he knew Airix and Lexia wouldn't be happy. Both of Raquel's parents fought over what she would one day evolve into, and Mr. Shiro tried his best to pretend he didn't hear them fight over it. In his mind it was really Raquel's choice. He found it funny that she in a sense did choose. While her mother wasn't pleased, Airix was excited and loved his daughter's new spikey blonde hair. The only way Lexia felt she had any say in her daughter's appearance was how she dressed her. So Raquel often looked like a model. By the age of 14, Raquel had gotten much attention from her mother's friends, and they always asked her to appear in photo shoots or runaway shows. Raquel didn't really like it. But she didn't love all the free clothes, and the amount of envy she got from other models and the praise she got from normal people. For the next year, Airix started to notice that Raquel was becoming a little stuck up, and growing up too fast. She didn't do normal things like go to the mall with her friends, or call them til 2 am, in fact she only had one friend. Instead of going out and making friends, Raquel was spending her time learning how her mother's company ran, and meeting people who could later help her grow her mother's business. Airix disagreed with this and sat down with his wife to talk about it. Both agreed that it'd be best if Raquel attended a boarding school, just to go and make friends and be a kid for once. So when the school year started they sent Raquel to PGA and wished her luck and told her to have fun. Raquel wasn't happy about this. She didn't know how to talk to people her age.

Raquel has been playing the guitar for almost ten years now. Her father taught her how and she's had many personal music teachers.
She can also sing, but she never does that in front of people because of a certain event
When Raquel gets frightened or nervous she starts to spark a bit, unintentionally.
All of her clothing is designer label because her mother's group of friends find her adorable and always send her new items to wear.
She modeled for a short time as a replacement for one of her mother's models.
Her only friend was a vulpix who was the daughter of her mother's best friend.
